    1. It’s actually a form of Hikari which is a word for light. It’s closest English translation is “to shine” but can be translated in different ways because language often doesn’t have direct translations.

    1. Miss Immortal, I was literally just saying the fact the they call a murderer Kira in Death Note and having it mean Twinkle or bright is a funny coincidence. I bet when people learn some English and learn that cereal and serial are said the same but have very different meanings. In any case, just so you know, I wasn’t calling your cat a murderer.
