There’s Korean version of the Live action as well, It’s called Tomorrow Cantabile . The music pieces in the drama is different as well.

I know a lot of people began to like classical music because of Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso (Your Lie in April)… But I began to like classical music because of Nodame Cantabile… The story behind each piece… The drama, comedy, and romance… Urgh, this is hands down the BEST ANIME in showcasing classical (baroque, renaissance, contemporary,… etc. ?) music…
