With respect the composer was Mozart, not Amano.
+lu lm: Mozart did write the variations. I was correcting the comment that Amano didn’t write the piece. The arranger might have been Amano based on Mozarts variations.
+Paul Warshauer Mozart isn’t the composer of the tune twinkle twinkle little star. His famous piece is actually a variation on the french song “ha! vous dirais-je maman”. So, as this orchestration doesn’t reappropriates mozart’s arrangement it can’t be attributed to him.
