It’s all in English! It’s just regular words to “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” set to different musical styles.
She’s singing twinkle star with respect to how the traditional music of different races in India sounds like. The people were generally speaking in tamil. The first and second one are a tradition Tamil and Karnatic version. 3rd was Kerala. 4th was Punjabi.
