What you hear in this video is the song "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" ("Ah! vous dirai-je, maman") but every note is flipped vertically in relation to the first note of the melody. That is, the intervals between notes are kept, but the direction of the interval becomes inverted: higher becomes lower and vice versa.
